# Restricted Persons

Zion does not provide products or services to individuals or entities who do not meet the elZion does not provide products or services to individuals or entities who do not meet the eligibility requirements defined in our Terms of Service, including those located in jurisdictions subject to economic sanctions or trade or export restrictions imposed by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Singapore, or the United Nations.

Restricted jurisdictions currently include:

* Crimea (Ukraine)
* Donetsk (Ukraine)
* Luhansk (Ukraine)
* Sevastopol (Ukraine)
* Cuba
* Iran
* North Korea
* Sudan
* Syria
* Canada
* United States
* Republic of China (Taiwan)
* Micronesia
* Guam
* Marshall Islands
* Northern Mariana Islands
* Puerto Rico
* Palau
* U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
* U.S. Virgin Islands

In addition, individuals or entities classified under applicable law as **U.S. persons, Canadian persons, or persons of the Republic of China (Taiwan)** are not permitted to access or use Zion’s platform, products, or services. All such individuals and entities are considered **“Restricted Persons.”**

By accessing or using Zion, you represent and warrant on an ongoing basis that you are not a Restricted Person.
