## Listing & Delisting Policy

Zion Exchange lists digital assets based on strict quality standards in order to provide users with **secure, liquid, and sustainable markets**. Listing decisions consider multiple factors including project fundamentals, market size, liquidity, community strength, and technical security.

### Spot Listing Criteria

For a digital asset to be listed on the Spot market, the following factors are evaluated:

**Project Fundamentals**

* Active website and technical documentation
* Verifiable token contract
* Transparent tokenomics and distribution model

**Market Metrics**

* Sufficient market capitalization
* Sustainable daily trading volume
* Healthy order book depth

**Liquidity**

* Market maker support or sufficient natural liquidity

**Ecosystem & Community**

* Active social media and community engagement
* Developer activity and ecosystem integrations

**Security**

* Secure smart contract infrastructure
* No history of exploits, hacks, or malicious activity

**Sector Diversity**\
Zion Exchange may list projects across various sectors such as **DeFi, AI, Gaming, Infrastructure, and other emerging categories**.

### Perpetual (Perp) Listing Criteria

Perpetual markets carry higher risk and therefore require stricter evaluation standards.

Key requirements include:

* Strong liquidity on the Spot market
* High and stable trading volume
* Listing on multiple exchanges
* Reliable price discovery with low manipulation risk

The listing process generally follows these steps:

1. Project application
2. Initial evaluation
3. Technical and security review

### Delisting Criteria

Zion Exchange may delist a digital asset under the following circumstances:

The delisting process typically includes:
