# Revenue and Buyback Model

#### Buyback Treasury

Zion Exchange is launching a **Buyback Program** to support token value and promote sustainable liquidity within the ecosystem. The program is designed to prioritize **ecosystem growth, user incentives, and transparency**.

#### Private Beta & Alpha Seasons

* All revenues generated during **Closed Private Beta and Alpha seasons** will be allocated to **ecosystem airdrops and user incentives**.
* During this phase, revenues will be used exclusively to **support ecosystem growth and token distribution**.

#### Post-Mainnet

* After the **Mainnet launch**, 100% of **daily commission revenues** from the platform will be used for token **buybacks**, executed **daily by 03:00 UTC**.
* While commission rates may appear high to some, they are **essential to ensure liquidity and market depth**. Experience has shown that **commission-free perpetual DEX tokens often fail** due to the lack of sustainable liquidity and operational resources.
* Zion Exchange mitigates this risk by creating a **Buyback Treasury**, which guarantees consistent token buybacks and strengthens the ecosystem.
